Getting caught up

So much has happened since my last post. We went to San Francisco for a week (Michael and I were sick for the whole of our vacation), installed a second hard drive and set me up with Ubuntu, went to Conglomeration in Kentucky (and figured out that Kentucky allergens are way worse than Ohio ones...at least for me), ordered the wedding cake, finished a second miniature sample sock, got half-way done with my first adult sock, and finished my scarf for the International Scarf Exchange 6.

I even managed to take photos. Well, of our trip to San Francisco. I didn't even take the camera out while I was in Kentucky. I don't have any photos of my knitting. I'm still getting used to my new computer set up...yes, I'm using the hard drive with Ubuntu as my main system. I have to get the photos cleaned up and then I'll let you know about my trip. I still need to get the rest of my exchange gift ready so I can photograph and then mail it off. I'll post about that after my secret pal receives the gifts. Hopefully, she'll like it.

Photos soon, I promise. I can't wait to share my adult sock...it's plain, but I made it myself. I love trying it on!

You are one busy lady! Congrats on the sock...it's such a good feeling.

I'm now going to attempt doing 2 socks at once...if it works, I will be in heaven. If not...well, we know the alternative LOL
