I haven't disappeared, it's just been a busy week.
George the hamster died tonight. She developed a growth on her chest a few months ago, so her death wasn't unexpected. Julius is sad, but is handling it quite well.
I've been very busy this week helping with the preparations for the A Christmas To Cure Cancer benefit concert tomorrow night. It looks like it will be a great evening and hopefully, we'll raise a lot of money for cancer research.
I'll have photos to post this weekend; I'm just too tired tonight.

We had the funeral this afternoon, so it's a little somber here today.
We would have loved to have had you here for the concert. It was a great time.
Not much snow for us this weekend, but lots of rain. :(
We ended up with about 6" of snow. The kids went outside right away and built a snowman--and then someone managed to knock the head off it a few hours later :(
It's always hard to lose a pet--exactly like losing a family member. Hang in there and big hugs!
